Our Programs
We offer a variety of programs at Evergreen Family Childcare to meet the individual needs and interests of each child. Our programs include infant care, toddler care, preschool, and before and after school care. We know that we have the most important job there is, taking care your children. Our program is designed to help each child develop skills in the physical, social, emotional, and cognitive areas. This is achieved by having a program led both by the teacher and child Activities. Our learning center consist of free play as well as table activities based of teachers planned curriculum and lot of outdoor activities.

Our Focus and Goals:
- To help become an independent thinker who is able to make choices and decisions.
- Develop confidence in his/her ability to achieve goals through independent effort as well as teamwork.
- Develop an understanding of feelings and how feelings motivate behavior; help the child gain control over how feelings are expressed and learn acceptable ways of dealing with, and expressing strong feelings.
- Develop the social skills needed to be successful in interpersonal relations, to function successfully in the peer group and to learn from peers.
- Learn to respect, value, and have tolerance for individual, cultural, ethnic, and racial diversity.
- Develop interest and ability to process graphic symbols (such as letters) pictures and language in (early reading and writing).
- Develop intellectual curiosity, skills in observing, problem solving, and learning through his/her efforts (science/math).

Tuition is a flat monthly fee. If a holiday or weather inclined closure falls on regularly scheduled day, participants pay the same monthly rate. If child does not attend daycare because of illness participants pay the same monthly rate. Tuition is due the first day of each month. Any tuition payment received after five working day of the first day of each month are to include a late fee of $20. There will be additional $10 fee each day after that.

Full-time Monthly Tuition Packages
0 months to 2 Years old $1800.
2-5 Years old $1500
5-12 Years Old $1200
- Full time childcare: 5 hours or more but not exceeding 10 hours
- Part time childcare: Less than 5 hours
Part-Time Monthly Tuition Packages
0 months to 2 Years old $900.
2-5 Years old $750
5-12 Years Old $600
Rate Evaluation:
Increases take place in January of each year. Family will be given one month notice of any increase.
Enrollment Process:
All admission and enrollment forms must be completed prior to your child’s starting care. The following forms will be provided for you to complete
· Child Care Registration
· Permission Authorization
· Child Care Agreement
· Certificate of Immunization Status (CIS) or similar form supplied by health professional or signed Certificate of Exemption
· Completed USDA food program enrollment (if applicable).
Disenrollment Process:
If family plans to leave Evergreen Family Childcare we require 30 days notice. If we are notified less than 30 days or in the middle of the month we are not responsible for any refunds.
The following are conditions that will cause childcare to be terminated:
A. Non-receive of co-pay or monthly payment
B. Continual late payments
C. Continual late pick-ups
D. Child behavioral problems that cannot be controlled
E. Not respecting child care setting and policies (children and/or parents)
Covid and Flu Exposure:
We ask that: if your child inhibiting any Flu symptoms or Covid you keep them home until they are better. If your child exposed to covid we ask for immediate covid test, if your child becomes positive you may quarantine for 5 days. If you have another child enrolled, we will ask for the siblings to stay at home as well.
